6481618969 867f3523e9 Olympus Underwater Camera Review Okay,, so. My Olympus Tough 3000 underwater camera is broken. I dont know how, I did not do anything to it. I never dropped it or anything. It turns on perfectly fine. But then it goes to this black screen that says no connection. Could someone please tell me what I have done to my camera and what can I do to fix it? Its only about 9months old and has been broken for quite a while. Please someone help me,. I'm going to try attatch a picture of what the screen looks like when I turn it on. Not sure if its going to work. Thanks for youur help file:///C:/Users/Tanya/Desktop/110716-204635. Jpg The picture doesnt work . Well, I have your answer right here. Hi Lilly, Most Olympus cameras come with a 1 year warranty on PARTS & LABOR. You should find your sales receipt or proof of purchase and return the camera to the store or Olympus service center as soon as possible. Unless the camera was damaged by misuse, any repairs should be covered and the only cost to you will be the shipping to the repair center (the store may cover that cost if they handle the repair for you). However, BEFORE you do any of that be sure you do not have the computer connecting cable plugged into your camera and/or that the camera is not set in the mode to copy pictures or link to the computer. That would be one reason to get a "not connected message". Hope that helps. If you are in North America the following link may be helpful. .

Alright, so I want an underwater camera for taking pictures and for videos. (: I was hoping for something around 200-250$ Range. My mom won't buy a too expensive one. ): . So anyways I was looking at the – Olympus Stylus 850 SW – But idk yet, is there any better ones. ? And with this one, do you need a housing kit with it? Or do you just get in the water with it? (What about the USB cable plug in's and stuff?) Help appreciated . Thanks<3. Also, Where can I buy this camera from??. . For cheap. ? (Can be online. ) US-FL. After looking around, I learned — All the Olympus waterproof cameras get a good write-up. I've used two, but not the 850SW, though I'm sure it's just as good. You don't need a special housing if you keep within their depth limitations, and there's a seal around the USB connector port. The critical thing you need to know, and it will be stated on the Olympus website, is how deep they'll go. Some go to 5m, some to 10m. If you think you'll often dive down to 5m, my advice is get a 10m one, to give some margin for error, and to avoid accidents. If of course you want to go down to 10m a lot, e. G. Freediving or snuba, then you may need to think about a deeper spec, but that will be above the budget you quote. The Olympus cameras all have an underwater depth warning, visual and audio, so if you're careful you'll be OK. (Both mine went to 10m, and gave you the warnings at 7m. )

Panasonic Lumix Underwater Camera

I have both a canon powershot and canon works very well when taking photos. I also have a lumix that's very versatile and also takes good pics. So, I'm kinda leaning towards both sides. I live on Guam and go out to the beach a lot and also hiking and stuff into the jungles and whatnot. So what do you think is a good camera? Which is the better camera, and you must reason with me why you say so. Oh yeah, I am DONE with Olympus cameras. Too many errors with Xd cards and Olympus is just sad. So. . Panasonic and Canon have both proved faithful, the question is, which one is better. Well, I have your answer right here. I want the panasonic one soooo badd.. I researched it and it looks great. (if you get it tell me how it works..
